1.不要吃羊肉和鹿肉。
2.避免食用过多的生姜、大蒜、洋葱,葱,甜食、油腻食物、油炸和辛辣(咖喱)食物。
3.避免食用过多的油炸或烤制的鸡肉、肉类、薯片、香肠和难以消化的食物。
4.晚上8点后不要进食。

7.少喝红茶。

9.改善睡眠质量。
