6-8visit | 1 | The patient reports that she/he still experiences sharp pain with certain movements. Most of the time, there is a dull ache. Overall, the pain is quite localised compared to the first visit. |
2 | The patient reports that the pain is much more localized. She/He can perform much more flexible movements and still feel some achy sensation, but not as much. | |
3 | The patient reports that the pain has come and gone recently, but overall, it’s getting better. She/He can perform quite flexible movements and hasn’t felt any sharp pain recently. However, they still experience a dull ache. | |
4 | The patient reports that she/he can perform quite flexible movements. There is no more sharp pain, but they still feel a dull ache. | |
The muscles remain somewhat tense, but there is improved mobility. There is still a tingering, mild pain, but it does not affect sleep. | ||
9-10 visit | 5 | The patient reports that the pain is quite localised. She/He still feels a dull ache in certain muscles, but it is much better compared to the first visit. |
6 | The patient reports that she/he can perform a full range of movements today. They are still experiencing some quite localized dull aches, but feel much better compared to the last visit. | |
Last 2 sessions | 7 | The patient reports that the pain is nearly gone, with very mild discomfort that doesn’t affect normal activities at all. |
8 | The patient reports that the pain has come and gone recently, but overall, it’s getting better. She/He can perform quite flexible movements and hasn’t felt any sharp pain recently. However, they still experience a dull ache. |
